Christopher C. Bragoli, Esq.

Christopher C. Bragoli, Esq., founder of Bragoli & Associates, P.C., is a leader in the legal community who has gained a reputation as a caring attorney, who fights hard in court, and at the negotiating table, to recover every dollar you deserve.
Mr. Bragoli’s career as a successful attorney began in 1997, when he graduated from Touro Law School with honors, receiving a Cum Laude degree. Mr. Bragoli's academic excellence was recognized in the Touro Community and he was selected for Law Review and received outstanding achievement awards in “Oral Advocacy”, “Legal Writing” and “Student Government.” He was selected to participate in a Clerkship/Intern Program for US Federal District, Judge Denis R. Hurley, working from the bench, assisting the Judge with Negligence and Racketeering Trials. Early in his career, Mr. Bragoli worked for an insurance defense litigation firm, where he developed the skills necessary for both the defense and prosecution of personal injury cases.

In 1998, Mr. Bragoli was admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bars simultaneously. After four years in the insurance defense field, he started the law firm Bragoli and Associates, P.C. in 1999, specializing solely in Plaintiff’s personal injury.

Mr. Bragoli is currently an active member of American Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Suffolk Bar Association. His education continues yearly through Continuing Legal Education, seminars and lectures, with specific emphasis in Personal Injury Litigation and the latest legal, medical, trial, and technology procedures and techniques.

Mr. Bragoli’s compassion and dedication to his employees and clients has allowed him to successfully litigate and settle thousands of cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for injured Plaintiffs. Several of his most recent cases have been published in the widely renowned “New York Jury Verdict Reporter" and the "New York Law Journal."

Adrienne E. Hayes, Esq. - Managing Attorney

Adrienne E. Hayes joined Bragoli & Associates, P.C. in 1999 and is currently the Managing Attorney of the firm.  In addition to her management role with the firm, Mrs. Hayes is responsible for the majority of settlement negotiations, as well as alternate dispute resolutions, conducted in the firm's automobile and premises cases.  She has been published in the Jury Verdict Reporter for her integral role in the successful mediation of Devault v. Higgins,, a case which was settled for $1.3 million.    

With more than ten years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience, Mrs. Hayes works closely with each paralegal and oversees each case from inception to resolution or trial.           

Mrs. Hayes received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, where she was published in the Environmental Law Digest.  She completed her Bachelors Degree in only three years from Stony Brook University, where she repeatedly made the Dean's List.  Mrs. Hayes was extensively involved in University activities and was the recipient of the Outstanding Leadership and Service Award.

Mrs. Hayes is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Joseph M. Sorce, Esq. - Associate

Joseph Sorce joined the firm in 2013 and is an associate attorney. Joseph manages and handles a wide array of plaintiff's personal injury matters. Joseph represents clients that have been injured in automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, construction accidents and general negligence claims. Prior to joining Bragoli & Associates, P.C.,

Joseph spent three years practicing law at two well-known insurance defense firms in Long Island and Manhattan, representing large transportation companies, construction companies and commercial land owners.

Joseph received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in 2010. While in law school, Joseph clerked for Hofstra University's General Counsel, where he researched and drafted memoranda to assist in University litigation. Prior to attending law school, Joseph attended Hofstra University on an academic scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science.

Joseph was admitted to practice law in New York in 2010. He is a member of the New York Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Columbian Lawyers Association. He is also an active member of the Sons of Italy, Young Insurance Professionals and BNI Networking Group.


Jonathan J. Sardelli, Esq. – Associate

Jonathan J. Sardelli joined the firm in 2014 and is an Associate attorney. Mr. Sardelli manages and maintains an extensive case load, which he typically handles from inception to trial. Mr. Sardelli represents clients that have been injured in automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, trip and fall accidents, construction accidents and general negligence claims. During his time with Bragoli & Associates, P.C., Mr. Sardelli has become known for his meticulous case assessments and compassionate connections with clients, which reassures clients that their case is in good hands. 

Prior to joining Bragoli & Associates, P.C., Mr. Sardelli worked for law firms concentrating in general practice law, commercial and residential real estate law, corporate and business law, rights of creditors and commercial security agreements. Further, when Mr. Sardelli was employed with the Suffolk County Attorney’s office, he worked closely on legal issues regarding Suffolk County legislation, the Long Island Purchasing Council, Hudson River Healthcare, John J. Foley Nursing Home, Yaphank Correctional Facility and Stony Brook University.

Mr. Sardelli received his Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2014. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Sardelli was a member of the Student Bar Association and participated in the Empire Justice Center’s Homeownership Protection Program. Prior to law school, Mr. Sardelli attended Florida State University and graduated with a double diploma and three B.A.’s in Marketing, Management, and Human Resource Management. While obtaining his undergraduate degrees, Mr. Sardelli was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and the community with his contributions to philanthropic activities including Toys for Tots, Build-a-Ramp, Dance Marathon and a variety of 5k marathons.

Mr. Sardelli was admitted to practice law in New York 2015. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, Hauppauge Wrestling Club and Long Island Business Group.
